O apartamento é bom, mas gostei mais dos funcionários com particular realce ao gestor do prédio que muito auxiliou na minha entrada ao apartamento porque a dona de casa dizia não ter recebido o pagamento.

Entrada tardia no apartamento pois a dona alegava não ter recebido o pagamento e já havia alguém no apartamento durante o período por mim pago, o que me fez entrar apenas no dia 09.03.2026 depois de já estar em CapeTown. Por outra, o Wi-Fi não funcionou durante todo o período, por isso, se dependesse só da estadia no apartamento teria dado uma nota negativa pelas condições e Internet e comportamento da dona do apartamento.

The worst place I’ve ever been to is not as clean as it seems to look the service was very poor and bad toilet flush only once in 24hrs the place is too loud clubs are everywhere I can’t sleep at night till the morning, windows are broken can’t close them because is too hot there’s no air conditioning no fan too I suffered They only clean the place onnce in 2 weeks there’s lots of mosquitoes everywhere biting me every now and then worst place ever wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

The accomodation is central to most things

It was extremely hot and the property didnt have an aircon. The small fan that was put in the room made no difference. You literally had to put in your face to feel it. The other thing is that the toilet didnt flush. There was a smell that filled the entire room of a rotten bowl of noodles in the microwave

We were told the apartment was leaking so we can't stay there we should look for another place

Nothing just a good location

Messed up blinds, cigarettes in the blinds, a rude host and so much more avoid this property guys

Situated in cbd easy to love around

Furniture needs some deep cleaning

Amazing space.. feels homely enough.
