The Scenery was fantastic and the sea front was in View! And the keys was easy to collected

The fact that there was no Lifts! And I was placed on the top Floor which was very hectic for me to commute up and down the stairs 🙃 😅 😐 limited my movements

Beachside location

We moved into apartment on Wednesday 30th October. The air conditioning blew hot air into apartment from then until we were forced to seek emergency accommodation on Saturday morning 02/11. This after we had two heating engineers working in the apartment for almost the entire Friday afternoon and evening who were unable to sort the fault. My original issue was the lack of a "fitness centre" advertised on booking.com. However the issues around air com became the most critical issue for us. Not only was our holiday at Kololi Sands Oasis ruined as a consequence of having to move to another apartment but we had to pay out another £500. The owner if apartment, Werner, offered us £200 refund which was unacceptable to us and while we did accept a £300 refund we feel that given the way our holiday was ruined the least we expect is our money refunded in full and the additional costs we were forced to incur as a result of the faulty appliances refunded also.
