Servicio al cliente, fue excelente, La encargada Marce fue muy amable

No hay agua caliente, las luces de las habitaciones están muy tenues

Le lieu est vraiment super pour se poser quelques jours a Puerto Escondido. Chaque chambre a sa cuisine privée, c'est tres cocooning. Les chambres et la literie sont super. L'emplacement est très cool , juste attention à la route toute proche, les chambres qui donnent sur la route sont bruyante . Mais celle qui donnent de l'autre côté sont vraiment calme. Un grand merci a Marce , sans elle notre séjour dans cette hôtel n'aurait pas eu la même saveur. Son sourire et sa bienveillance sont un atout indiscutable pour l'établissement.

Le bruit peut parfois déranger.

The light was not working properly, super dark because there is only one lightbulb and one the last day the light was getting weaker. It’s supposed to have a kitchen but then they told me my room does not come with a fridge. There’s no hot water in the shower.

No había agua caliente y la presion del agua era muy poca, aparte no tiene TV como se muestra en las fotos

Estuvimos solamente una noche, prácticamente de paso, pero no sentimos seguro el lugar, a pesar que está casi frente a la Guardia Nacional; se escuchaba la gente hospedada hasta tarde y las puertas no tienen cerrojos seguros, es como para mochileros o algo asï.

Muy amable el anfitrión y muy lindo el lugar!

The receptionist is lovely. The alternative accommodation of Casa Betina was nice.

The person in charge "Cris" had done a double booking about 2 weeks ago and didn't even try communicating with me about it in time. When we arrived there, there was no room, no guideline on how to work with it, no info given to us about it until we called him. This person in charge is an ignorant and neglectful person to communicate with. He eventually gave us another place to stay in Casa Betina which is an Airbnb owned or run by him. It was near Puerto Angelito instead of La Punta which was inconvenient to us.
