Beautiful place. Very helpful friendly people. Couldn’t fault it !

Beautiful location, great amenities, great focus on sustainability.

The seating in the living area was limited for a group of 6. Perhaps a couple of beanbags would be useful, which could be stored away in the master bedroom storage if not needed by the visiting party. The bathroom and kitchen units look like they are due some TLC.

Perfect quiet location with beautiful views. Very comfortable beds, lovely bedding and towels, good shower and well equipped kitchen.

The constant flies downstairs were very annoying, we could not get rid of them. The tv remote did not work properly.

Everything. We not only liked but loved everything about our stay. The cottage is very homey. the kitchen worked perfectly and the living space accommodated us well. The private garden overlooking the fields was one of the star point of this holiday. the tranquility and the friendliness of walker bys made the entire stay a little more charming. I met the owner and her daughter and both have very high customer service and lovely to speak to. It felt to me that the farm was mostly managed by women which was such an amazing thing to see. the kids has a fabulous time, it felt so safe that i let them walk to the nearby forest to collect wood on their own. they felt the can be free and safe. The forest walks are a must to fully experience the farm and the girls went horse riding with the amazing ladies whom were nothing but perfect when it came to addressing horse riding trauma which the girls had months before our trip. the bed are super comfortable as well.

Nothing we didnt like. but simple feedback as everything could always be a little bit better. 1. the speedbumps on the drive in to the farm could be painted as we did not see them at all 2. there was not fly issues in the house, we originally thought its due to us being at a a farm but now that we are at our 2nd farm with no flies i assume it could be something that can be addressed especially due to their number inside the house. 3. Water pressure was not great especially for the toilets it took several flush before we could flush away fully. Non of the above made our holiday harder, we still loved every minute of our holiday and we will surely be coming back.

More seating in the lounge area would have been nice and the headroom in the shower wasn’t good but wouldn’t be an issue for most people.

Beautiful location in the South Downs. Lovely spacious cottage, very clean with some nice touches. Private garden, perfect for a spring evening bbq. Walking distance to a couple of pubs and I loved the horse box cafe. Wish we could have stayed longer.
