"Everything went well"

Location, cleanliness, ease of entry, very close parking space, rear patio area, quiet and nice area, house and decor were very nice.

No television and I couldn't manage to make the thermostat work, but they may be due to my terrible skills with technology. The host did provide a video on how to turn the heating on but I couldn't figure it out, again this is probably my own fault.

"overall a great place"

the cleaners left the window open and it was 9º C. It took 2 days to heat the place up.

"Pleasant"

Good location for where we were going. Car park was a bonus. The house was clean and well maintained.

We were only there one night and hadn't really thought about taking toilet roll with us there wasn't any left out . There was no welcome pack of the basics tea / coffee . I use self catering accommodation alot and don't expect to get everything but I do think that leaving loo roll would be a basic essential.

"Convenient residential location with easy access to city centre"

Convenient for walking into city centre, secure gated allocated parking behind the property, residential area with local grocery stores, house very clean and tidy, pleasant bed linen, towels etc, good gas central heating and hot water system. Comfy sofa and dining furniture, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave , washing machine, tumble dryer), modernised bathroom.

We used two of the four beds available, both were comfortable but one was very creaky when moving around causing disturbed sleep. Kitchen crockery and glassware were minimal and basic. The parking gate was noisy (whirring when opening and clanging when closing) although we got used to it as our stay progressed, gradually noticing it less and less. Overall decoration was patchy and furnishings were basic.

"Great little house"

Great little house perfect location, very tidy had everything we needed and great value. Owner was very helpful :)

Only thing I could fault is beds are creeky.

"I would recommend the place if you are not a light sleeper"

Very convenient location, spacious, clean and warm. Bathroom seems newly renovated and modern

The beds were very creaky, we didn't get much sleep. Even the slightest move woke everyone in the room up.
