Except that it is near to kudroli temple which we wanted to visit, nothing we liked at this place

they are big cheaters. booking.com also has fooled us. The hotel is like a dilapated building with all acs non functional. we had informed that we will come by 6 to 7pm. when we reached they said that there are no ac rooms. but we have to pay full amount as booked thro booking.com. if not, they will treat that we have not arrived and cancel rooms booked thro booking.com. Then they will give us non ac room at some discount compared to our ac room booking rate. it was night, and we did not have choice. two un educated unfriendly guys seated there took the call and said if required we can call booking.com customer care and they are not going to give rooms !!!. Horrible experience and they vouched and said that booking .com knows that this oyo room is under trouble and none of acs are working, still they took booking !!! we did not expect this from booking.com, as i have travelled a lot thro booking .com. we unnecessarily spent rs 6000 for 3 lousy rooms with no windows and no air circulation !!! the bathroom water was stinky and the staff said, that it is borewell water ! and they had no idea about stinking water !!

Nothing at all. Zero value for money. Unclean and dirty, zero facilities.

The room was clean and bed was comfy.

Many things especially related to meal options. I had booked a triple room with breakfast but they provided breakfast only for two. In fact, they just bought us two set dosas and two cups of tea which none of us drink. Not providing coffee in Mangalore is mean. I tried ordering with Swiggy but the delivery partner did not come nor he responded to multiple phone calls. Finally, we had to search for a coffee shop in the neighbourhood which was easy neither.
