They didnt offer the breakfast, i didnt like anything in the hotel.

This is the worst experience of my life. They charge more for very bad room. They didnt provide water bottles, soap and napkin and also they didnt provide the AC room and not started the AC after 4 complaints. Staff member, Manager all are talk in a such a cruel and abusive manner that you didnt want to stay there. They also said you will go too other hotel thats not our cup of tea to serve you better. If they offer room at free of cost dont waste your single penny here. I never gave them 1 star also they deserve only -10 star and more. Please dont waste your single penny in this service.

Toilet seat was broken. Room was smelly and not clean. No toiletries were there. Har jagah bas couple dikhte hain. Acha toh kuch nahi laga

Sab bekar tha. Room acha na lagne par bhi paisa wapas nahi diya.

front desk assistant was good

inspite of information had to wait so long to be given a room no electricity at night no water had to call front desk for assistance provided only one towel for two persons
