The air conditioning in the room was great Clean room Great shower pressure Big comfortable beds too Location was so convenient

The free breakfast was just bad The staff on the breakfast were quite rude and didn’t top up any of the foods We were there 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and there was no food left and the staff were away from the room on their phones.

La posizione è ottima perché è in centro, ma non si affaccia sulla via molto trafficata per cui la camera è risultata tranquilla. Essendo un edificio alto la nostra camera aveva una bella vista sulle montagne. La camera è arredata in modo funzionale ed accogliente. Il bagno è semplice, ma pulito. La piscina è di buone dimensioni, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito perché ha piovuto per tutto il nostro soggiorno.

La colazione è davvero scarsa: il buffet ha poca scelta di piatti la cui qualità è molto bassa, pochissima frutta e un piccolo bollitore per l'acqua che era sempre vuoto perché molti clienti lo utilizzano per riempire le borracce termiche e dunque risulta complicato farsi anche un tè o un caffè.

Exceptional hotel in a great location friendly staff came for 2 nights stayed 3 weeks!!

Love the view overlooking the hot air balloons in the morning, breakfast was a nice extra- simple but enough variety for anyone, bed was comfy, wifi good. Great location to main town (to find you have to go through one hotel to reach the lobby). Staff are also helpful with bookings for trip.

Balconies are joint and sometimes in the morning we'd have someone smoking outside our room.

The breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

The aircon remote did not work in most rooms. The temperature was stuck on 22 which was too cold but there was no way to change it. Many rooms were not given complimentary water and when we had to drink the water from the fridge, we were charged for it. Even though we told them at check out there no complimentary water was given.
