Sea Stone House Apartment

The apartment was clean and in good location.

First the owner. I write several times about the arrival time,because it was in the evening- nobody answered me. Before I reached the destination asked again about the place for parking- nobady answered me. And during the time i was there, one man started to write me to send me voice masseges and ect. In fact the apartment there wasnt any window.

Worst experience I have ever had. We booked the house , we agree for check in time at 9 pm even though the landlord told us that he will charge us more because of late check in . We arrivived at 10 because of trasportation and at that time no one showed up , he cancelled last minute the booking . We called him , he was so rude with us KEPT THE MONEY and left us with no house at 10 at night . He refused to give the money back , even though we didn’t stay at the house because of them . Totally rude , unprofessional behaviour . I don’t recommend at all.

Great location. The sea is only 5 minutes and Bari Centrale (train station) 15 minutes walk. The place is well equipped - strong wifi, kitchen with cooking facilities, bathroom, air con, washing mashine. The host lady was helpful on arrival.

Excellent location, fairly good value for money. The lady that gave us the keys was very nice.

The access to the bathroom is through an enclosed balcony and the bathroom was very cold constantly, which was not a pleasant. The boiler was leaking and made a puddle on the floor in the kitchen.

Great stay, 2 comments, 1st way too much white light in the main room and 2nd nobody needs so many cabinets to store clothes for a visit to Bari. In my opinion that space could be used better.

It was clean.

We were four guests and when we arrived at the place, we found out that the second bedroom was locked. We contacted the owner, but he told us that the housekeeper forget to leave the key for the second bedroom. We were forced to sleep all together at one big bed. It wasn’t comfortable at all!

very clean, good location, definitely feeling the vibe of the city.

The location was great for us. Near the sea, supermarket and bus station around the corner.
