Очень ответственные хозяева,гостеприимные, всегда на связи 👍. Чисто. Удобные кровать и диван. Метро в двух минутах. Мы уже в третий раз останавливаемся в этих апартаментах. Рекомендую всем!

A comfy apartment in the suburbs of the city, perfect if you don’t need tourist attractions and are looking for a quiet family stay overnight. ❤️ There is a nice park nearby with a good playground, as well as plenty of supermarkets and pharmacies within easy reach. 🌳 The hosts were very friendly and always in touch. They met us in person to give us the keys and made check-in super easy. 🙏🏼 The apartment itself felt very homely. Even the entrance had a familiar smell that reminded me of childhood visits to my grandmother’s flat - a very sweet and comforting detail. The flat had everything we needed, including towels, a drying rack, and good Wi-Fi. Check-out was also simple - we just left the keys in a lockbox, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially for a quiet family trip. 💫💫💫

These are not really negative points, just a few things future guests may want to keep in mind. 🩷 ☑️ The elevator is paid, which is quite common in Georgia - it costs 10 tetri. ☑️ There is a large dog living near the entrance. It sometimes barks and chases cars, but it does not approach people and does not bite. In general, it actually seemed quite friendly. 🐶 ☑️ Parking around the apartment was a bit difficult, and we had to drive around a few times to find a spot. However, this may have been due to unusually heavy traffic in the city that day because of the Kanye West concert. ☑️ Please also note that the price changes depending on the number of guests. I initially booked the apartment for myself and two children, but later realized my husband would join us as well. I informed the host via Booking.com messages and asked if this would affect the price. The total increased from 93.50 to 160 GEL. Personally, I felt this was a bit too overpriced for one night in this flat in this location, but we didn’t have time to look for alternatives, so we accepted the offer and overall did not regret! 🩷

It's so close to the metro station and there're many shops nearby.

It's the second time we stay in this apartment.... and for sure will return again.. apartment is very comfortable with all basic needs for long and short term stay... situated in a calm district and just 3 min from metro station...

If you want to stay away from the noise of the center but still have quick access to everything, this is the place. The apartment is in a nice, calm part of Sanzona with several shops right around the corner. Being so close to the metro was a huge plus. The apartment was very clean and had excellent cooking facilities, which was perfect for a longer stay. I would definitely come back!

Прекрасная уютная квартира, оборудованная всем необходимым для комфортного проживания, быстрый интернет, кондиционер, который расположен очень удачно и охлаждает всё помещение. В непосредственной близости куча магазинов, автобусы, метро. Хозяева исключительно внимательные и заботливые!

Спасибо большое, Сосо и Нино, за гостеприимство, чистоту и порядок! Не первый раз останавливаемся у вас. В этот раз Нино заранее купила нашим детям мороженое. Спасибо большое ещё раз!
