Great location. Very clean. Kitchen and washing machine were great.

Hot water in the shower was non existent . Apartment incredibly hot…I had to purchase a pedestal fan. Sensor light in common area shined directly onto the bed. Bed not very comfy.

The apartment was in a prime central location, and was very modern and cosy. Lovely shower room and it was equipped enough for the size of the property. Customer Service Staff were very helpful and quick to respond.

Had to report the single bed / sofa bed was broken. The front door was very difficult to open and close despite a demo from one of their team.

The location is very good. Very close to the castle and high street. Easy to get around. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen fridge washing machine available.The streets are quiet, too.

Great location, lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. Great communication and helpful. Was a bit smaller than I expected but not really a negative
