"The property agent is not legit"

No words to say like!!!!

Only in booking.com photos are looks good but in real it's damn too nasty and bad also the property agent are attitude are very very very bad until I got a threaten call after I made complain about no water heater, bedsheets with big hole, no water filter, environment are sooo dirty at booking.com customer service

Modern Interior design and clean. Equip with essential dinning set and oven. Spacy rooms and clean bed.

1) Corridor lighting only automatic turn on after 7p.m. When we arrived around 5p.m and was raining, it was dark and had to use torch light to walk along the dark corridor to find the unit 2) Location not convenience if you do not have car as it is located at edge of residential housing and is 9km away from main town and 3km from small stores. Access road very small and jam during peak hour. 3) Out of 3 bedrooms, only 1 can be used for shower. The other two bedrooms has not water heater and the shower tap is tightly locked and unable to operate for shower. Only can use the toilets. 4) Rain water leaking from master bedroom sliding window during heavy rain. Floor flooded with water. Had to call house keeping to clean. 5) The electronic door lock is not user friendly and need to speedy key in 6 digit access code to open. Had to try several attempts with fast finger to key in the code. 6) Host slow to pick phone with delay of 20-30 mins to response to whatapps
