Der Gastgeber Lino war sehr nett, die Lage ist super und die Unterkunft modern mit schönen Zimmern und hohen Decken.

Etwas gestört hat allerdings ein Licht (vermutlich ein Bewegungsmelder), das im Zimmer Tag und Nacht geleuchtet hat. Ausserdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Bettwäsche nicht ganz frisch war – sie roch eher nach Person als nach Waschmittel, was etwas unangenehm war (auch wenn es nur ein Verdacht ist).

Emplacement extra Logement très spacieux, neuf, propreté irréprochable Nombreuses serviettes à disposition Magnifique !

Petit bémol peut-être pour le lit simple dans la chambre triple, peu confortable mais pour une nuit c'est largement supportable 🙂 La porte de la chambre donne dans le couloir , peut être bruyant si les voisins sont peu respectueux ...

La struttura, oltre a trovarsi in una posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro storico di Brindisi e il suo lungomare, è curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Letto e cuscino comodissimi, bagno nuovo di zecca. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio!

Minimal breakfast. Good coffee machine. Few pastry items in celophane. Has enclosed outdoor patio for storage, if needed. Large common breakfast room. Has 3 guest room on street level (no stairs to room), and all rooms have a surprising exit door to the side street. Owner was ver accommodating, letting us assemble and store two bicycles in the breakfast area. Thanks.

The hall from the breakfast/entry level has steps in two places. Be careful when walking out as the beautiful wood floor makes them more difficult to see if not paying attention. Might consider putting some contrasting tape on the edge of the step. Minor point meant to be constructive.

poca coneccion a internet , y el desayuno no me quedo claro , que era en otro lugar fisico ( cafe mas medialuna )
