Clean, cozy, beautiful view, beautiful beach! We enjoyed our stay very much. They truly are interested in your stay and they do their best to make it a good experience!

There is nothing I would say I did not like. If there is even the smallest issue or something you need, they help you right away :)

Es ist direkt am Strand und der ist sauber. Für 80 Euro ein sehr gutes Hotel im Vergleich zu anderen in diesem Segment. Es gibt ein privates Dinner für den letzten Tag. Eine 10 minütige kostenlose Massage ist auch drin , allerdings wird einem gesagt wo die Problemzonen liegen obwohl man selbst darauf hingewiesen hat. Woher die Verspannungen kommen wissen die "Fachleute "auch besser als manch ein Mediziner in Deutschland;)

Die Dusche lässt sich nicht verstellen und ist deshalb für Menschen über 1,70 m nicht geeignet.

El lugar es increible, el personal amable, cercano y atento. La comida muy rica y variada, la piscina hermosa, me gusto mucho todo!

La ubicacion es un poco alejado y no tiene playa para banarse en frente, hay unos botes ahi, hay q caminar un poco para llegar a la playa para banarse, pero aparte de eso, es un excelente lugar para disfrutar!

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant und die Massagedamen. Am letzten Abend bekamen wir ein kostenloses Dinner am Strand.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer von 42qm Größe mit Meerblick gebucht und bezahlt. Bekommen haben wir zunächst ein Zimmer, das maximal 20qm groß war. Auf meinen Protest hin haben wir dann nach einigen Diskussionen ein Familienzimmer von schätzungsweise 30qm Größe mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick bekommen. Meine Frage, ob das das das größte Zimmer sei, was sie hätten, wurde mit ja beantwortet, was nicht stimmte. Wir haben nämlich nachher das große Zimmer gefunden. D.h., wir wurden angelogen. Außerdem wurden uns bei Anreise Früchte, Kekse und Softdrinks auf dem Zimmer versprochen, die wir auch erst nach 2maliger Nachfrage erhielten. An der Rezeption lauter Leute, die anscheinend keine Ahnung haben von dem, was sie da tun.

The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated that they offered to upgrade us to an all-inclusive package. Everyone we interacted with was polite and accommodating, and their attitude made a positive difference while we were trying to sort out the situation.

The property wasn’t quite what we had imagined from the photos and descriptions. The room we were shown felt quite simple and lacked natural light, with a layout that didn’t match the more refined resort feel we were hoping for. The facilities and pool area seemed modest and a little dated rather than a luxury beach resort. The balconies don’t offer any privacy and all face one another. While the team did their best to assist, the overall atmosphere felt more budget than premium, and the pricing didn’t quite align with that experience. In the end, we chose to move to another property that better matched what we were looking for, though we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff throughout. I do wish there was an option to get at least a partial refund but they were not able to accommodate that. This review is purely based on a tour of the room and facilities because we did not stay longer.

Neat resort with lovely staff. This place is everything I thought it would be.
