atmosphere & Location so strategic during my stayed

1.Bath towel so old and poor like bath mat. 2. Bed sheet ex guest before, no change We requested to change newone and done after back from hospital next to htl 3. Very Noisy from next up floor during clean up maybe (around 10-12 o'clock) Where's we need sleep well for awhile 💤 b'cos monitor our nephew before & after surgery.

Good location, close to the restaurants and hospital

The dufet was dirty, the toilet had a bit of bad smell, and there was dirty leftovers from the previous guest
