We liked the location It's a short walk to My Khe beach and many sea food restaurants. It's a bit of a walk into the main touristy town area, about 15 minutes along the sea front. But it's worth the walk because it's quiet. A lot of hotels in the main hub on My An beach can be noisy at night. The apartment is spacious and very nice. Good bed and great hot shower. Remember to switch the electric switch on before going to reception to complain. :-) We had studio apartment which has a washing machine, which does take up most of the small balcony.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Would stay there again. In fact I tried to book it again but they were full. I could of booked a room but much prefer apartment.

The apartment was excellent, equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, TV, and showers. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of cafes, making it very convenient for both relaxation and dining.

However, the checkout experience was disappointing. We were made to wait while the administrator was trying to call staff to inspected the room, even though our taxi was already waiting. The administrator’s lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay. If the service were improved, this place would be perfect.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are really comfortable and clean. I think this is the comfiest mattress and pillows I've slept on while travelling. The best thing might be the staff, they are extremely kind and helpful. I initially had a room at the front of the hotel with a beautiful balcony and sea view, but I found the road noise too much and they very kindly offered to move me to a room facing the other way which was very quiet - you can't hear the road noise at all from the other side of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop pool is a standout feature—it's clean, well-maintained, and offers a great spot to relax with a view. The hotel itself is modern and spotless, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops, making everything easily accessible. I also appreciated the convenient bike parking. Overall, a great experience—would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay!

I have a very strange feeling from this accommodation. The location is OK, it's close to the beach with lots of food places around. But given the price per night, there are too many buts....

First, I couldn't pay via card even if the booking clearly states that they don't accept cash. I had to withdraw 7mil from ATM, which was a pain as it gave me only 2 million at once. The strange thing was that at check out, the lady asked me if I wanted to pay by card or cash ( 35k for laundry). The room I booked was nothing like the one I got. Description stated 2 room apartment, in fact its all in one room ( even its a big one) with double bed, one cushion chair ( no sofa) and one small desk. So it's definitely not a separate bedroom and living room. My biggest concern is about cleaning - even if the room looked OK, I noticed that my feeds are completely black in the evening. The balcony was never ever mopped and also the floor in the room was having a "dust cover" so I had to scrub my feet before going to bed ( even if I took a shower once I came from outside). I haven't seen the cleaning during my 6 days of stay, and I had to ask the receptionist to take out the trash after 4 days. A/C made a small leak on the floor, so I took a towel to wipe it - a white towel was dark grey instantly. I tried to address these issues during my stay, but with 0 English from the staff, I gave up ( not even the trans app helped, so it may not be a language issue).

Good location

They put the information about child charges in booking.com is free but they charged us 2 times for 2 kids. Our room got flooded, every morning the floor near the toilet door is wet although we didn’t spray water around this area , it’s like the water came from the below of the ceramic tiles. No one come to offer cleaning.
