Not very clean Noisy at night, poor sound insulation

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. Squeaky clean, centrally air-conditioned, all amenities provided, everything catered for. One on-suite room with small bathroom and another with a common larger bathroom. Towels, shower gel, hand wash and washing liquid provided. Some kitchen equipments, cups and plates, cutleries and pan and pot available. Electric kettle also provided. There is a washing machine, an oven and a gas hob. A large fridge-freezer also provided. Large open-plan lounge with sitting and dining areas. Large smart flat TV in the lounge and smaller ones in the bedrooms. Beds comfy if a bit on the firmer side. Communication from and to anywhere is easily available and affordable. Takes 10-20 minutes to the airport and to the old city and should cost no more than 100-150 dirhams. Please get your own teabags/ coffee, washing powder, sugar, salt and buy milk and drinking water from nearby shops. The reception is manned 10-7 by a very charming, smily and most helpful young lady called Khawla.

الموقع قريب نسبيا من حديقه ماجوريل 4 كيلو ساحه جامع الفنا 45 دقيقه مشي قريب منه مطاعم و سوبر ماركت مواقف سيارات مجانية مصعد يوجد تكييف في كل غرفه و في الصاله

الشقه مستهلكه السعر مقابل الجوده تعتبر غاليه الفوط مهترءه و قديمه جدا يوجد رائحه مجاري في الطابق الخامس بعد الخروج من المصعد يوجد رائحه سجاير في الشقه ماسك في الاثاث و المفارش و الوسادات الحمام كان قذر و وسخ عند الاستلام و تم تنظيفه بعد طلب منا في الأول طلبو منا دفع مبلغ التنظيف لكن بعد معاينه من الموظف تم التنظيف مجانا حجزنا 3 ليالي لكن لم نستطع الاكمال بسبب وضع الشقه و طلبنا من المديره الغاء حجز الليله الاخيره اقترحت لنا انها تلغي من طرفها و حاولت ارسال للبوكينج لكن لم استلم اي رد و راحت علينا سعر ليله لم يناسبنا طريقه المعامله أثناء تواجدنا في السكن تم طلب دفع مبلغ 15 يورو ضريبه وقت الدخول وجود حشرات في الشقه يوجد أصوات صيانه قريب من الشقه أثناء النهار لا تستطيع النوم لا يوجد أي مساعده في نقل الشنط حجزت الشقه اعتمادا على التقييمات الجيده جدا في بوكينج او جوجل لكن الواقع مخيب للأمال الصور في بوكينج يظهر الشقه جديده لكن الواقع جدا مستهلكه و الصوفات مبقعه لا يوجد شطاف
