Nothing.. would not recommend to anyone .. really bad experience

Stay away. Very rude people and dirty accommodation I have just had the worst experience with the owner and there property.. we arrived to the place and the lady offered us a different room at first .. then she took us to our accommodation that we had booked.. it was dirty the sheets and bed smelt like urine. There was cobwebs in the place like it hasn't been cleaned or stayed in for a while.. then there was no running water we had told her .. she come and told us it would be on asap.. this took 4 hours. Then we requested to be transferred as we where becoming very uncomfortable in the room.. we transferred to a cheaper room we asked if we could cancel the accommodation or they could accommodate us in any way. The guy who is her partner become very rude an started yelling at us and make us feel more comfortable.. we stayed the night and now we have moved to a different accommodation.. stay away.. very bad

Very clean property, very new with good furniture. The owners are very nice people. I hope they can improve on the air conditioning and wifi for remote workers.

Wifi never worked. They had a TV but I never could get it on. None of the remotes worked. The a/c only worked in the bedroom so it was very hot in the rest of the apartment. The shower pressure is very weak. The place has a lot of potential.

Unit was clean, modern and centrally located. Very close to nice beach.

Very uncomfortable couch, like sitting on wood. Tiny air con in one room cannot cope with cooling so unit gets hot. Fridge turns off and gets hot when key is removed. Advertised kitchenette does not exist. Owner refused to supply a stove, we bought one and borrowed pots and pans. Incredibly low water pressure, it was hard to get enough to shower. We found the owner to be very unsympathetic when we voiced our concerns re fridge and kitchenette.

loud air conditioning. unfiltered water in shower to bath in air conditioner as loud as engine room of a lg diesel ferry my wife is now in MAAYO hospital suffering from dehydration fever and travels diarrhoea on IV drip and medication for 3-4 days cost well over 25000 P explaining to hotel manager that they should install a water filter. to only be told no we will not put a 500 p filter to remove bacteria from underground water supply. then she laughed

comfy bed, cold air con, good location, big room and nice sofa

Tinted windows so can be a little dark sometimes
