Great communication and really helpful. Responded very quickly when we had an issue with the gas canister running out and we couldn't find the details of the on site staff to replace it. All handled very quickly!

"Relaxing and mainly quiet."

Mainly quiet and very relaxing. Very well situated for all nearby attractions by road, with car or bus (and rail from nearby Exmouth). All staff friendly and helpful. Useful on site facilities. Able to experience sunrise coming up over the English Chanel.

The rifle range nearby was "noisy" on one evening.

"A Room With View."

Highly Recommended. First Impressions The Best View Available. The Panoramic Views From The Lounge Windows Were An Unbelievable Delight From Sunrise To Sunset. Presented Clean, Fresh & Tidy To A High Standard. A Perfect Spot For A Home By The Sea. We Used As A Base For Cycling The Exe Trail, Walked The Coast Path To Budleigh Salterton Back Via The Old Budleigh To Exmouth Railway Trail. We Didn't Use The Facilities Or Entertainment, Although We Could See There Was Plenty To Do, For Couples And Families Alike. The Beach A 6 or 7 Minute Walk Down The Hill. Beach Cafe Buzzing With Activity On The Beach Doorstep. Devon Cliffs Site Well Maintained To A High Standard That Would Have Returning Vistors Over And Over Again.

"Enjoyable as a family and spent quality time together but sadly we wouldn’t go back to Sandy Bay."

We liked the location. Exmouth is lovely and we enjoyed going there. The costal walk is really nice. We also went to Sidmouth, which again is really lovely. It was nice to have these places nearby.

Not enough facilities. One of the toilets in our caravan wasn’t clean. The oven only had one shelf, but an additional shelf was added once we mentioned it. There could have been more cutlery. We didn’t realise we had to pay for passes so had to pay an additional £300! Which none of us were expecting. It was too busy in the caravan park and we really struggled to book onto activities.

Love Devon and the beautiful coastline

Caravan looked liked it hadn't been deep cleaned properly in a while. Fridge was stinking, and seals were damaged, and freezer was half full of other people's stuff. Cooking utensils were limited, with no baking tray. Bedrooms were more cramped than I thought they'd be, and the beds extremely uncomfortable. No WiFi Poor mobile signal Hard to book activities online, with poor Internet access

Lovely location and a nice size caravan

The caravan wasn't cleaned well, rubbish under fold out bed and an out of date bottle of squirty cream with dirty tissues, Must have been there a while as the date was from February, sticky sides by window from cup marks and the. TV was to old to use with some hdmi devices
