Appartamento molto spazioso in un complesso moderno recente, letto comodo, vista eccezionale sull'alba direttamente dal letto

Raccomanderemmo 2 miglioramenti: la cucina e gli attrezzi non erano puliti; il divano non è molto comodo (é una struttura di legno con dei cuscini)

Very clean, well equipped & secure apartment with a greatly helpful owner.

Access to the location is a little bit tricky & somehow cumbersome checkin especially if you're carrying some luggage (like me with a baby) because of main entrance gate being inaccessible.

Excellent, isolated, gated location with amenities within walking distance. Beautiful, clean, spacious. Well stocked kitchen even an oven. Both bedrooms are full sized and distanced far enough apart for privacy. Lots of closet space. Although they are building more units, it was still pretty serene. Met with a manager, they let me borrow a charging cord when I realized that I brought the wrong cord. The permanent residents were helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

Not all areas have air conditioning (at least a fan is recommended). Wifi, Netflix service was inconsistent. I would love to see a tropical setting surrounding the property even though this was not a requirement. FYI: Make sure that you have a way to contact the manager(s) such as a phone or WhatsApp (if you don't know, learn about it) because they are not onsite. Even if you think you don't need anything, it's the little things that you may need assistance with.

Beautiful, new, very spacious apartment. Amazing big pool.

There is some construction nearby, but it’s not obtrusive for the most part.
