Decent location, tidy and spacious. Everything worked.

Quite noisy at night and hosts didn't seem to do anything about it (possibly the noisy guests were friends/family of owners?). To be fair it was Easter weekend but still, quite thin walls so tough to sleep with loud laughing and chatter past 10pm. Inside the rooms are old/tired compared to more fresh-looking exterior. Still functional though.

The parking was in front of the room right next to reception and that what I requested was not provided. The staff didn’t even ask me what was wrong when I cancelled and walked out after seeing the room. The reception area smelt like curry when I walked in. The property is old and outdated

Just what we needed. A place to come back to, to relax and chill while at a 🏀 tournament. Bonus for the kids was being able to have a spa after everyday of playing 🏀.

Needed an extra couple of pillows and the toilet seat could do with replacing
