I tried numerous times to get hold of the place to do changes. Phone number belongs to someone else. Emails not replied to. Ended up trying through booking.com to get help with no results. I don't even know if the place exists! I ended up making another booking with someone else as I could not afford to get there and have nowhere to sleep. I am seriously disappointed with booking .com as I got no real help or refund. I do not think that I will use this booking site in future for local bookings.
