Comfortable Apartment in desirable area of Preston

Nothing ! The stench was overwhelming. We checked out before my checked out date . We only spent one night instead of three nights .

Everything! The apartment is within a very unhygienic and hazardous block of flats . The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken.Nothing qualifies this apartment to be described as comfortable! The guest towels and linens were stored in the same cupboard where rubbish was dumped. The owner of the property was monitoring myself and my daughter through his camera which was not disclosed on Booking.com. . This is a serious violation of our privacy , especially when done for a malicious purpose. This property owner is very unprofessional and lacks customer service. He almost ruined my master’s degree graduation ceremony. This was the only reason myself and my daughters travelled to Preston from London. Avoid this property like a plague for your sanity , wellbeing and peace of mind! The owner of this property can show more love to the property!

The location was the only plus point, sadly. The pictures suggested comfortable and clean accommodation. This was not the experience.

The property was unclean. Whoever was contracted to clean the flat did not fulfil their contractual responsibilities. The bathroom was particularly unclean - and the sink/shower plughole and fridge smelled. The flat had an unused and unloved feeling to it, which is a tremendous pity. It could be an ideal short-term stay.

Apartment was in a beautiful area and close to town, was well presented and modern. Bed was very comfy. Security was excellent.

I don't like to complain no complaints really just useful tips!! Only 1 fork in kitchen for 3 of us, needs a bottle opener. Another stool for island would be great as there were 3 of us! The sofa bed went well with the decor but very uncomfortable to sleep on or sit on.The shower was dripping also. The fridge hadn't been cleaned between guests and top of bin was dirty, also we went to the bin store and there was rubbish lying everywhere which I know isn't apartment fault. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated & has everything you need!

It hadn’t been cleaned completely - in the bathroom there was toothpaste over the tap & marks across the shower glass.

Good size apartment for a short stay in the city centre, great location with easy access to city by foot. Reasonable priced multi-floor car park 2 minutes walk away lovely park opposite.

Cleanliness and closeness to the centre

Bed was way too soft and the sofa very hard.

Very clean and modern, in a good location.

Nothing, the property was everything we’d hoped it would be. If anything the communal hallway was a bit of a mess.
