Komunikace s majitelem, dostupnost, parkování,lokalita

Plíseň na stěně v kuchyni.Udajne došlo k havárii nebo protečení vody.Na stěně provizorní oprava.Majitele jsem na tuto skutečnost upozornil,a zaslal foto. plíseň to prý není... Vzhledem k okolni vlhkosti vzduchu to hned nevyschne.Málo vybavená kuchyň ale dá se to přežít.

Very nice and clean house. Good equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, we felt almost like in home. House has good localisation and we spend perfect time on Azores.

No heating in the bathroom

Dicht bij het vliegveld. Contact verliep vriendelijk.

Oude en versleten meubels. Muf en hier en daar lekkage. Kakkerlakken lagen op twee plekken. Fotos geven geen realistisch beeld.

O Sr. Júlio esteve sempre disponível para questões através do whatsapp com respostas rápidas. A casa tem um boa localização, espaçosa e com acesso fácil a todo o lado.

O cheiro a mofo era um pouco intenso e havia alguma humidade e infiltrações na casa. Na cozinha, existiam pouco utensílios para a capacidade de pessoas que aceitam e as condições dos mesmos não eram as melhores.
