広くて綺麗

ゴミ出しの場所が記載されているQRコードを読み取っても表示しなかったり、スタッフに直接電話できないこと。

The breakfat was excellent and the location was unmatched. Very convenient if you want to be near arashiyama but its not close to central kyoto so places like uji, nara, gion will be a challenge to get to and especially to return. Cab fares back will be expensive. But if you want to spend a few days at the arashiyama area this is absolutely worth it. The garden, the bedding, everything was clean and well maintained.

The QR code on the fridge with directions to the garbage dumpster is wrong. Had to explore the area to find the correct trash point. The heaters for some of the room doesnt seem to be working properly so the house is a little cold. The instructions to get the 2nd set of keys were also a little unclear, we had to call the automated hotline for clues. Other than that no issues.

2人でシャワーを浴びると水圧が弱い サウナ、給湯器のパネルの場所、説明が分かりづらい

綺麗な内装、良好なアクセス

キッチン用品が十分でなかった(キッチンペーパー、サランラップなど) 食器類、調理器具がしっかり洗われているように見えなかった

部屋がとてもきれい サウナなどの施設が充実している 和室で団らんがしやすかった ベッドがきれい 雰囲気がとてもよかった

ドアが小さく頭をぶつけることがとても多かった クッションなどをつけてほしい サウナの操作盤の場所が分かりづらかったのでどこにあるか書いてあると良いと思う 二つ同時に使うとシャワーの水の威力が弱くもう少しでてほしかった
