GBThe host, Lucy, was very friendly and welcoming in sharing her home. Spotlessly clean room in a quiet house within easy driving distance of Truro. Good choice of items for continental breakfast.

AUWe stayed here as a base to explore Cornwall by car which is fairly convenient. It’s 5 min drive from Truro, and 30 mins to St Ives and also went to Pasdow and Port issac on the second day. The room is sparkling clean, the view from it is beautiful ( we were in a double room upstairs). Everything was provided for, even a bar fridge which is rare but handy. The breakfast is continental, pastries, fresh berries, and cereals, set in the beautiful living/dining area.
We only wished there were better coffee than only instant coffee in the breakfast. But a minor issue.

GBI was travelling for work and the location and property were ideal. It was a real home from home with wonderful continental breakfast choices. Lucy was available for anything needed. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to go back for a holiday stay. Thank you
USIt was like been home away from home. And Lucy and Danny are real gems. Warm, kind, most helpful in every way and made our stay so special. I had a bad cough when we arrived and she was super sweet to make me honey lemon ginger, strong throat lozenges and even antiseptic spray from Danny. They are so caring and treated us like family. The location is perfect and room is well appointed. I would highly recommend staying at Ashwood to my friends and family.
