Industrial Apartment in Belval the University City

Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment Views over open countryside. Very close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Belval itself is an incredible place - ultra-modern architecture built on the site of a former steel works, with some of the blast furnaces still remaining.

The apartment is quite complicated to find once you're in the building. A few extra photos in the directions, or a map would be useful.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfy. I stayed there with my family and we all like the property as it is fully furnished apartment. Location was also nice with lot of shops, restaurant and parking even though it is far from main city center.

Property is little far from main city center. However it was not a problem because very efficient public transport. Nearby restaurants was expensive, so recommend to have alternate options.

The host has private, underground parking with a reserved space for you in a gated area of the last parking level. You have several levels of security, so it feels safe. The host will send you pictures with detailed explanations (read our tips below). The apartment is spacious, modern and fully stocked. Water and dryer with detergent. Large fridge and freezer. The shower is big and had easy access. The living room bed comes out of the wall and is very comfortable; don't think it is like a pull-out couch bed. There is plenty of storage in all the rooms. Tips: . The instructions and pictures might not tell you that after getting the key that there is an elevator or lift and you need to go to the 3rd floor, then exit the double doors and go to your left to the number 6 entrance and use the apartment key to open the main door. . If you have a car GPS, like our rental, that has not been updated in a while, you will see yourself located in a field. We had to use exit 6 to be able to get to the place. . The parking is around the corner, the instructions are good. Make sure that, once you enter, you continue straight down until you get to the last underground level. There, look for the closed, gated in area, your spot is in there once you enter. . Make sure you always have the door key (which works either all the doors to get in the complex) since the front door locks behind you as soon as you shut it.

Make sure you bring your Netflix account info to login; it's not provided. On a Saturday, a neighbor decided to drill and hammer around 7:30 a.m. Otherwise, the place is very quiet although you can see the train station from the living room. The apartment number is not on the door, but as long as you go to your left through two heavy doors when you exit the last elevator, then you will see the apartment door on your right.

Some problems with hot water

Very clean and excellent ambience. We liked the industrial theme. Had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay.

Entrance to apartment can be little confusing. Host sent us a lot of pictures that made the process easier.
