Great location, close to station. Elevator, no need to carry cases upstairs! Easy walk to attractions. Very clean, comfy beds. Pool! Good service from staff. Would stay here again

Our stay would have been excellent across the board, except the small bathroom had sewer gas smell. We had to keep the door closed. There is a problem.

Lovely apartment near city centre

Smell of drains in bathroom was bad.

Great location - close to train station and old town. Apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped. Apartment had plenty of storage with a comfortable bed and good water pressure for showers. We would definitely stay here again! Our host was very accommodating and responsive.

No complaints at all about the apartment. We rented a car for a couple days and it was very difficult to find free parking, but we managed since it was not high tourism time. But we were told that up front so not surprising.

The location is excellent. The Old Town, Railway and Bus Station all within a few minutes walk. Many restaurants and the marina only 5 minutes away.

No information within the apartment regarding emergency numbers, town map, what to do with rubbish and recycling. Nowhere to hang coats. No cloth for wiping work surfaces and pan scrub had not been renewed.

A quick call on arrival resulted in someone coming to show us the door code and give us the keys. The apartment itself is based in a large renovated building which has a beautiful entrance and there is a lift to the first floor. The whole building is beautifully renovated and clean. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything that you need should you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and clean fluffy towels are provided along with beach towels if you need them. The location is good with a mini market a few steps away and some nice restaurants and the harbor a very short walk. We stayed at the end of November so didn't get the chance to use the outdoor pool but its a nice area and are sure this would be great in the summer. Ice Cream Call Apartment is highly recommended.

The location was excellent yet the appartment was really quiet despite it's good location close to many bars, restaurants, shops, the marina, train and bus station and old town which were all only 5 minutes stroll. The appartment had everything you would want and even supplied shampoo, shower gel, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, tea and coffee which was a nice touch. The pool was a great addition even though we didn't have time to use it during our 5 night stay. The appartment was light, spacious and airy and it was a bonus to have a small seating area on the balcony adjoining the master bedroom. Plenty of hot water and really powerful shower which was most enjoyable. Self check in was easy and 3 sets of keys supplied as we were 3 friends sharing the appartment. Altogether a great stay and if ever in Faro again would definitely stay again.

My only negative was the lack of shutters or blackout blinds in bedrooms. I am a light sleeper and the street light opposite made the room quite light. I can imagine if you stayed in the spring or summer the sun shining into the bedroom would wake you up earlier than perhaps you would like. However, my friends said it wouldn't bother them.

Great location! There was free street parking available and we were in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the marina and all activities. Our host was very helpful, probided lots of information and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Our apparemment was a great size for the two of us. Comfortable with great amenities. Washing machine and drying rack came in very handy. The location is great a few minutes walk to main attractions and restaurants. We found free parking every day on the street by the front door. Easy communication prior to arrival. We were sent the best pre arrival guide we've had so far in our travels. Friendly Viktoria was there to meet us at the time agreed upon to hand the keys over. We appreciated the elevator for ease of moving the luggage and us around! All in all a great stay!

Nothing really. As it is a new building, the lobby and common areas need a bit of decorating but I'm sure it will be addressed in time.
