Vulcan Studio near Danube

Attrezzature cucina molto scarsa, la presa lavatrice assente in bagno, va alimentata con una prolunga tenendo la porta del bagno aperta. Vasca senza tenda/ cabina .

Fabulous location and well furnished apartment with everything we needed. We were so close to everything, the river Danube, sights, metro, cafes and shopping all just a couple of blocks away. Lovely high ceilings with a beautiful chandelier and a wonderful view out the large picture window.

Excellent location, right by the Danube and less than a 5 minute to the centre. 30 minutes walk to the Parliament and Fishermen’s Bastion. Apartment was very spacious and facilities were great!

It was quite dusty in places, and the sound travelled very loudly through the windows, even when they were closed and the curtains pulled. I was woken up multiple times during the night as a result. The AC didn’t work when I tried to use it (however that might be a skill issue on my behalf as I mightn’t have been pressing the right buttons!)

The location was absolutely amazing—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We didn’t need to use public transport at all, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The internet connection was reliable and fast, which made it easy to work remotely. The owner/staff were very friendly and helpful, providing clear guidance and always responding quickly to any questions we had. Their support really made the stay smoother and more enjoyable.

The windows face a very lively and noisy street, which can be a problem if you're looking for peace and quiet after a long day. The building is old, and so are the windows, which don’t do much to block the noise. Another minor issue was that there was only enough soap provided for one day out of our four-day stay, so we had to use our own. Additionally, the kitchen was missing lids for all the pots and pans, which might not bother everyone but was a bit inconvenient for us.

It was a central location, but very noisy. I probably won’t book again in such a noisy location.

Well, let’s see: the place was smoked in, the AC didn’t work at all, won’t turn on whatsoever, and when we notified the owner, we got a response to check the fuse box, technically advised us to fix it ourselves. So now, with no AC we had to leave the window open, with all that incredible noise outside. The bed was hanging on one side, eventually collapsed, so we had to fix that as well. Turned out that the supporting wooden pieces under the mattress were on wrong, we fixed that and were able to sleep in the bed again. The shutter on the window was so heavy that it was almost impossible to raise it up again. It was a hot mess, I’m sorry to say, we would never book this apartment again.

The location is near everything

Too noisy to sleep. I had a really hard time sleeping. The entrance looked a little abandoned and the apartment is a little old.
