Pozitionarea ap, parcarea si scara blocului...

Calitate pret foarte foarte slaba... mizerie, canapea:(foarte murdara, arsa cu tigara si pete extrem de vizibile si scarboase), mobilier rupt , capsule de cafea umflate si vechi, plicuri de zahar si miere intarite de atata vechime, vecini foarte iritati si destul de deranjati de musafiri....
