À Francos Burguer Station

We liked that everything was clean and comfortable. The window had a lovely view of the neighbor’s garden. The metro station was nearby, and the apartment itself was very spacious.

Some downsides — the kettle was very dirty inside, and the iron also had a blackened soleplate, so we didn’t use it to avoid damaging our clothes. There were plumbing issues — some of the pipes were leaking. There were no regular spoons. There was no hand soap in the bathroom — not to mention shampoo.

+Great location, very close to the nearest subway station as well as supermarket and cafe with some pastries to grab for a breakfast. +the room is rather big, it has everything you might need - shower with great water pressure, AC, hair dresser, microwave, fridge, tv and more. You can cook your own dinner there. +we had a nice view and could see a nice garden of neighbours:) + Everything works and looks rather clean +quiet neighbourhood, you hear only the subway from time to time, but not too loud +quick and easy self-check in! We got the info with instruction in timely manner

-As many mentioned already, the place does require a maintenance -we visited the place in march and it was extremely freezing. We had our ac on heating mode for whole night and it wasn’t helping at all :( it feels like there is something wrong with windows sealing

Great location

The apartment is cozy, comfortable and clean. You can tell that a lot of detail was put into it at the beginning.

It needs maintenance. Entrance door is falling apart, one balcony is unusable because the blind is broken, the curtain in another window can be rolled up, one light doesn't work, the shower didn't work properly, to name a few. The first day, the property administrator "replied" with automatic messages repeatedly and didn't take my calls.

The apartment had enough staff for our 2 days staying. Close to metro station ( the direct line from the airport), comfortable beds, shower, small kitchen where you can make a breakfast. Great quality for the price :)

The apartment, towels and bedding were clean. Very good location, which made it easy to travel by metro. Check-in and entry to the property was easy with access codes.

Unfortunately, the apartment is past its prime and could use some renovation and replacement of some furniture and appliances. We were left with half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people and 4 days of stay. We asked the host and the cleaning lady for extra toilet paper, but we did not receive it. This was embarrassing for us and we ended up buying our own toilet paper.
