Mooie Riad, rustig gelegen.

Ontbijt OK maar sober.

Mi a plăcut personalul riad- ului. Doamnele care au pregătit micul dejun au fost drăguțe și amabile. Iar pe Larbi cel care ne a întâmpinat la cazare și ne a ajutat în multe situatii, îl felicit pentru amabilitate și promptitudine.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful riad for 3 nights and we had a great time. Yassine, the guy who welcomed us was very precise, friendly and professional, he gave us all the instructions we needed and was always available for every request. The environment is quiet, clean, comfortable, a harem in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and abounding and the women who served it to us were very polite and kind. I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely go back. Maximum rating.

La struttura è accogliente ma la camera priva di un armadio, l'arredo è fin troppo caratteristico, i cuscini non erano dotati di coprifedera in cotone ma in ciniglia.

Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast.

Room service did not exist. We spent five nights there and rooms have never been cleaned. Beside that one of the rooms was very small, they promised to change it for us, but it never happened.

Brekfast was pretty good

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The conditions I encountered were, in my opinion, completely unacceptable: dirt, an unpleasant smell, visible moisture and mold, and the presence of insects that looked like cockroaches. The room door didn’t close properly, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Additionally, the owner is not responding to any messages, either through Booking or by any other means, despite the complaint being submitted and us waiting for a reply for a long time. We are still waiting for the owner’s response. After the stay, we also experienced a skin rash, which made the situation even worse. The case has been reported and, if there is still no response, I will be forced to pursue my rights further. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Es war ein super süßes kleines Riad, unser Zimmer war sauber, die Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Wenn man nach dem wilden Marrkesch hier einkehrt, fühlt es sich wie eine kleine Oase an. Rundum empfehlenswert!

amazing and homely Riad, a little off the beaten path. we especially loved the communal areas for hanging out and the very warm welcome by Talit. a gem of quiet in a bustling city.

the room needs furniture for storing/hanging clothing, there wasn't even a space to hang a coat. People smoking inside makes it unpleasant for non-smokers: either designate a smoking area or make it clear it's non-smoking.
