The service is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the environment is very good. The staff is very helpful especially Youssef is so nice to us welcomed very warmly with lot of hospitality he made us feel like we are at home highly recommend

The staff were lovely. Very polite, hospitable and friendly. There was a nice terrace on the top floor with a view of the medina.

Our room was really small, no space to move around the bed, no Internet in the room and very cold at night.

The host is great person - helpful and friendly. He gave me his number in case im lost or need any help, when I was going out earlier for organised trip he prepared me breakfast earlier with no problem. Riad is in medina so its close to all tourist attraction. They have 3 rooms free during my stay so I could choose which I like the most. Rooms have no windows but there is common area on top floor you can sit and relax.

Actually, the owner helped us to change our dates but, we found at least 3 bugs in our bed and I called him. Then he sent a staff to change our riad. When we change our riad to another ( owner’s other riad ) The staff’s face was horrible and I said I’m sorry ( like I put the bugs on the bed ) he didn’t even answer me. In the breakfast, he served our breakfast with the same face and we said thank you but he didn’t even answer again. To summarize, good owner, bad staff.

they gave me a room not functioning well, shower is broken and flooding. also-they canceled my reservation for 3 days one day before coming back from the sahara-very unreliable. location is dangerous -like kids around 18-19 try to scare you and asked for money. the owner should look into this. it’s scary for tourists. It’s really far from the mail square.

A calm Riad close to the busy souk, very friendly staff and caring staff. We had a spacious, airy room. The rooftop terrace was nice too.

The shower head bracket needs to be readjusted: when I put the shower head in, the water douched the bathroom door almost horizontally.
