Nasty rooms, we got 3 new ones and all were not clean

It's a whole modern apartment with 2 bedrooms. They sold frozen ready meals in the lobby at a reasonable price. There were small supermarkets and eateries outside the site.

The location wasn't as close to the airport as we thought - it took us nearly an hour by taxi to get there from the airport via a one-lane road (the other lane was being resurfaced). The apartments were rather dirty - our first apartment was dusty and mouldy; the bathroom had a pungent ammonia smell; the white cushions on the sofa had large unknown stains. Therefore, we had to ask for a replacement, which was also not really clean, but usable. We also found a dead cockroach in the corridor. Worst of all, they don't provide toilet rolls, and when I asked the receptionist, he said we could buy our own or just use water... The road in front of the building was very busy and without a zebra crossing like many other roads in Indonesia, making it very tricky to cross safely. The surrounding area was dark in the evening, and the small restaurants nearby closed earlier than indicated on Google Maps.

Nice place. Hot Shower. Big Pool! Close by a supermarket and good streetfood by 10 min walking! Amazing stuff, super friendly and helpfull. Recommand this place for arriving after a long flight.

Receptionist s were very nice.

Very bad location. Bed cover was very dirty. Old belows. Not sound proof I got distracted by nois from outside and inside. I couldn't sleep well. No watter cattle to make tea or coffee. There is no telephone extension in the room, if you need something from the reception you have to go down every time. Bad communication on email or messages. I send them beforbl I arrived but they did not replay at all. I don't recommend it for tourists or anyone coming for business trip.

Overall condition of the apartment rooms we booked was good. We arrived earlier than check in time and the front desk accomodated us.

It took about 30 minutes for the front desk to find our booking while we waited in the lounge
