Sea View Luxury Apartment

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und eine Bügelstation sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet, so dass man sich gut selbst verpflegen könnte, wenn man wollte. Die Schlafzimmer haben zwei große Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen. Ausreichend Bügel an den Kleiderständern und je ein Safe in den Schlafzimmern sind positiv aufgefallen. Das Beste an dem Appartement ist jedoch der Kontakt zur Eigentümerfamilie. Ernesto ist sehr aufmerksam und bemühte sich täglich darum, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auch Mario hat uns sehr gut unterstützt! Die Tips waren sehr hilfreich.

Aufgrund der Lage ist der Verkehrslärm bis tief in die Nacht anfangs störend. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist er jedoch nicht mehr belästigend, zumal die Klimaanlage für kühle Luft sorgt.

Amazing apartment super clean . Everything brand new ! Host was always present with suggestions and super accommodating . Housekeeper came to clean and change sheets . Immaculate will stay there for all my future visits. Ernesto is an incredible host !

The owner of the apartment, a father and son, is a 100% professional, always helpful and helpful with the landlord. The apartment is large, clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. I hope to return there. If you want to hear Mario, and I'm happy with the extra time, no amount of hymns will help you. A relationship has been built 👍👍👍

A lovely apartment in a secure block. Conveniently located close to the station, with an entertaining view of Italian life and hints of the sea. Well kitted out kitchen with a washing machine. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

The flat was a little noisier then expected, but most night sounds were filtered out by good window insulation.

A heartfelt thank you to our new friends Ernesto, Francesca and Mario for a catered stay at Sea View Luxury Apartments! Nothing but praises for this beautiful family, deluxe apartment and characteristic town! Our stay began way before we arrived in Castellammare di Stabia, when Ernesto arranged for our pickup at the Naples airport. When we pulled up to the apartment, we were immediately greeted by Mario who gave us a tour of the pristine, spacious, and fully-furnished apartment. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already provided, so our holiday could begin immediately. And that’s the beauty of this place and Ernesto…so much attention was given to our whims and wishes that we truly felt pampered and made to feel at home, even though we were thousands of miles away. The apartment is also in a prime location…the train station and marina are minutes away (for your visits to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, etc.), there are quaint cafes and restaurants within walking distance, a “supermercato” nearby, etc. As others have mentioned, the nights come alive with the local teens and visitors at the nearby piazza and local hangouts, and things could get noisy, but the doubly-insulated windows and doors will completely block out the noise, and you’ll be fully rested the next morning to enjoy another day of touring. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sea View Luxury Apartments, and look forward to our return in the near future.

Het bijzonder comfortabele appartement ligt vlakbij het treinstation (lijn Napels - Sorrento). Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen (Pompeï, Herculaneum, Capri, Napels, Sorrento, Amalfi...). De gastheer is bovendien heel gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kept checking in with us to see if we were okay. A small cozy place with a bakery and shops nearby.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean & equipped with everything needed. The location was perfectly located in town center with balconies overlooking the sea and town center. The train station, ferry, restaurants & stores were short walks. This is the perfect home base traveling to all towns on the Amalfi coast. Our hosts could not have been nicer, checking in daily to be sure we were taken care of. We stayed here for 10 days and it truly was home away from home. Looking forward to our return!

You can get the best coffee and freshly baked croissants across the street. They're so delicious! For a long night, you can get a Kebab at Mister Kebab (open until 2:00 a.m.). All you have to do is come out of the building, go around the corner, and there they are! So good! The location is just great! You can go to the coast or the city (Napoli), and the train is a few meters away. It takes 1 hour to get to Napoli. It's a gorgeous historical place! There is also an Amazing lounge a few meters up from Mister Kebab called Baccanera Enoteca Wine Bar that has great food and cocktails. This was our usual place after a long day of exploring. We will come and have a later dinner there. It steps away from Sea View Luxury Apartment (around the corner). I love the apartment, the decoration, and how helpful Enrico (father) and Mario (son) were with us. So wonderful! I will come back to stay here again. We love the place and location. It's a good middle point between the City of Napolis and Almafi Coast. Plus, what Castellammare has to offer. Perfect overall.
