Location is ok.

Not peaceful AT ALL. Extremely loud music both in the evening and really early in the morning (some mornings even before 7am). Loud shouting and stomping in the other flats and in the alley. Kitchen not cleaned (really dirty oven), plus no hot water at the kitchen sink. Only a small lightbulb with a movement detector in the bathroom and as it is not close to the shower, it will automatically shut down and you will end up showering in the dark.
