The location is great with easy access to Manchester city centre, all stadiums, shopping centres, parks and playgrounds. Easy access to Liverpool. Trafford centre is very near. There is train station on the other side of the road, walking distance. The flat is well kept and brand new. It is not less than 5 star hotel. Decent landlord and Laura Harman is excellent host. My family loved their stay and enjoyed their holiday very much.

Clean, well presented, tidy and own free parking. Everything you are likely to need for your stay.

Could maybe do with some net curtains. In the day people can see right in unless you completely shut the blinds. Sofa was uncomfortable

This apartment was stylish, modern and clean, and the location is great for us, not far from the family we were visiting. The host have been very respondent to our needs when contacted. Quiet and secluded with private parking in front.

On arrival on Friday afternoon, the bin allocated for our apartment was over full, which should have been emptied before our arrival . The lounge sofa was uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV. We would have preferred a wardrobe and draws instead of clothes rail in the bedroom. I was unable to adjust the electric shower temperature at the hi flow, so had to use the echo setting which worked fine. A welcome basket on arrival, including milk, eggs and bread, etc., would have been appreciated. Although it is refundable, I didn't like the idea of paying £200 ahead of our visit to cover damages, never experienced before.
