Biscayne Park Guest House

Nice place to stay for a stop over. Instructions were very clear from the host. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet overnight, I slept well!

Unfortunately, we were unable to pull the sofa bed out as there wasn't room to do so with a table in the way. I'm sure the host would have assisted but we didn't realise this until we returned to the property at around 10 in the evening. This place is advertised on booking.com as having a double and a single bed so please be aware if you require the sofa bed, to contact the host prior to arrival. My son slept on the sofa as it was and managed to sleep ok.

Er was geen Stephanie aanwezig zoals geprezen wordt in de andere reviews. Er was geen interactie met de host die er wel was. Geen uitleg of rondleiding, wat te gebruiken, hoe werkt tv, hoe werkt slot, gebruik vd tuin, extra handdoeken, de 3 afstandbedieningen. Niks over uitchecken, geen persoons controle. You're in the house. Yes. Entrance is over there. Dat was het. Een Airbnb is toch echt wat anders dan een hotel, dus er hoort echt wel uitleg bij. Als je het slot van binnen op slot doet, kan het van buiten nog met de goeie code opengedaan worden, er is geen sleutel, niet echt een veilig gevoel. Geen normale tv zenders, alleen steaming, dus geen weerbericht of nieuws kijken. Er lag een brood van iemand anders in de koelkast. Maar 1 keuken handdoek. Lawaaierige airco in de keuken. Geen slaapkamer deur, maar een soort gordijn. Heel weinig opbergruimte voor kleding (3 goedkope hangers) en koffer. Er hingen gebruikte badjassen. 1 middag en avond geen wifi, host onbereikbaar.

Certaines photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, par exemple la première photo n’est pas l’entrée réelle de la guest house, la cuisine était très encombrée et la poubelle paraissait sale, le canapé aussi n’est pas le même que sur les photos. Le frigo éteint à notre arrivée avec à l’intérieur des denrées d’anciens locataires. Ainsi que le ventilateur de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas.

The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. Safe neighborhood and well located, close to everything. We will rent Stephanie’s place anytime we are in Miami. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean apartment that has everything you need for a vacation. The beautiful tropical garden added to the charm of our experience. The owner was very kind and always ready to help with advice. We were extremely satisfied during our time in Miami and highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for a delightful experience!
