Chambre correcte, bon rapport qualité/prix, proche d’un lac et au calme. La terrasse commune est sympathique.

Ne pas faire confiance au propriétaire pour l’organisation des excursions et visites des temples alentours car on vous annonce un prix déjà très élevé au départ, puis on vous demande encore de payer en plus tout le long du tour des temples et alentours des choses pas prévues. De plus, le propriétaire n’hésite pas à montrer son mécontentement et vous le faire savoir dès que vous faites une remarque ou demandez à voir autre chose que là où lui veut absolument vous emmener.

Tout était fabuleux, un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, sans compter sur la sympathie de la famille qui nous as aidé pour l’organisation de notre séjour et du transport pour notre prochaine destination. Ils ont pris en charge l’organisation au Parc National Walpittu, une journée incroyable ! Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur aide.

The room and bathroom were both big. The hallway has a couple of seats to sit, as well as some outdoor seats at the front. Everything is clean, the A/C is efficient and the bed comfortable. There’s somewhere to pop your case on. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. They make tea and coffee for you. Plus, on the day I left, I wanted to catch the A/C bus (coach really) to Negombo and the gentleman very kindly ran me in his tuk tuk to show me where the bus stop is and stayed with me to see I got on the correct bus. How kind is that. The location is by the side of a lake, the bird life and the lake make an interesting walk. If you walk anticlockwise around the lake for about 5-10 mins you come to a place with tables by the lake advertising drinks for sale. The food there (it’s not immediately obvious that they sell food) is really good. I’d highly recommend eating here.
