The host was nice and helpful, but I need to admit that this time I totally don’t agree with other guests’ score. The host told me that he didn’t receive the email confirmation on booking so when we arrived we couldn’t find the exact apartment and didn’t know how to get the keys. But I can understand this can happen… also because we confirmed in the late afternoon, so it can be comprehensible. Fortunately the guy of the little market below (that was nice to have it) helped us to get inside… he had the keys of the apartment inside his shop. But honestly the rest was not that good as we expected…

When we arrived there was a bad smell inside the apartment, and especially the smell of gas coming from the kitchen that gave us a first impression that the apartment was not very safe, and a bit smell of cat pee right at the main entrance. Then when we arrived we couldn’t find the toilet paper, that was finished, but I need to say that as soon as I asked to the host he immediately asked the guy of the supermarket below to bring it to us… so we appreciated this. Then the host informed me that he forgot to wash the dishes in the kitchen….and we also found a small drinking-yogurt on the night table in the bedroom, and food in the kitchen..that gave us the impression that the host was still living there before we came and everything was not ready. I think the blankets of the beds were also not clean so that we decided to sleep in the big square shaped Moroccan style sofa in the living room that seemed to be a little bit better. Then the host didn’t have the hairdresser inside the apartment, and also a trash bin where to put our garbage. Then when we had a shower we had problems with the boiler, because the hot water didn’t last for long, so one of us had to make a cold shower and without having an hairdryer was really cold!!! I have to say that the apartment is not so new as we expected, and many things were missing or not working, like the sink in one of the two bathrooms (one bathroom had a wc and sink that was leaking water and not working properly and in the other bathroom there was a shower and a sink), so we had to move from one bathroom to the other. Then when we arrived the WiFi was not working because the power supply of the router was not plugged into the socket ;)), but after that the wifi was working well… even if we still couldn’t be able to use the big TV in the living room. Maybe we were too tired that day, but honestly I wouldn’t say that the apartment was good from our experience and I am sorry to say that I would not recommend it.

It is a new apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The tower can be loud at 7am. It is a bit of a Industrial area but easy to get a shared taxi to the marina or Tamraght.

It’s a very nice place super clean Mohammed is a kind good person we will come back! The location is perfect your in a view min at the beach and it close to the big city off agadir

Very good value for money, above a shop and a minutes walk from a takeaway. 3 minutes or so from a bus stop and plenty of taxis come along the route to take you into Agadir. Agree a price before you take the trip. Also at Xmas there wasn't the overbearing burden of Christmas decorations which suited me.

There is a mosque that is great to look at, but the call to prayer is 7am sharp which occasionally woke me up but that's no major issue.
