Kind staff. Very good pool! Not bad GYM.

Dirty walls in the bathroom, poor internet connection, and very noisy and dusty because of gaps in the door for AC service maintenance.

The electricity plug poin are expose and the toilet wall are not clean. The picture shared with actual are really missleading.

Cheap. Near the airport. University areas so food is cheap.

Not clean, everything is broken. No hot water. Hairdryer and iron need additional fee. Gym and pool facilities is not maintained.

The Square apartments was good located in Surabaya to the malls and to the train station

Everything was suitable for the stay, no bad comments

The location is very strategic, close to minimarkets and many places to eat

the place is noisy, not clean, there are renovations but it's still being rented out so it's not comfortable to rest

Strategic location near to the airport, surrounded by good cafe like Starbuck, Titik Koma etc

Inside room got mosquito and bathroom not in good condition

Location was great because it was next to my university Swimmingpool 👍

Wifi did not work most of the time Cleaning could be better. Last week no cleaning at all. Specially picking up the garbage and some fresh waterbottles would have been nice.
