ATThe host reacted quickly and after we explained that the room everything was extremly dirty, he immediately sent someone to clean it.
- Hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time - Balcony table is extremely sticky - Ground floor bathroom unusable - Constant construction workers - Staircase almost collapsed - Windows and doors can't be securely closed

DEThe location is great, close to the sea front and the old as well new town. We were lucky to find public parking close by (parking fee: Mon-Sat 08:30 - 20:30, 1€/1 h).
This is a very spacious place, in very urgent need of careful maintenance and thorough cleaning. One of the bath rooms was not usable at all, the wobbly spiral staircase certainly has seen better days. The kitchen equipment is too minimalistic, if one really wants to cook. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the lift is currently out of operation.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of service😢 Water pressure for downstairs shower was very low.
ROThe apartment is big and it has a nice terrace, located conveniently.
Unfortunately not maintained, many things broken in the apartment, which is a pity, dirty walls...

Electrical wires everywhere. It take too much time to understand where to turn on/off any lights.
ALThe location of the house was great, less than a 15 minute walk from Bari Centrale. The house of very spacious and comfy. The check in process was explained in detail by the host.
Nothing was too serious to not feel good. The downstairs AC didn't work properly, but there was central heating. One of the double beds upstairs was a bit too hard and the staircase was a bit creaky.
