Room payment was demanded on arrival - and passports retained for a short time for ‘interpol searches’ it was quite a contrast to the greetings we were used to at other hotels in India. It’s a strange set up - with no hotel lobby as such. One of our rooms was right by the reception desk..to be fair we had no issues with noise as we thought we might. It just set an odd tone at the outset. The pillows in one of our rooms were solid with barely any give - the duvets were very poor quality and tired. The cotton had bobbled and it was unpleasant on the skin. The bathroom was a little grubby and the bedside lights needed a good clean. The fridge was good. The bathroom could do with an anti fog mirror or at least provide a room mirror over the table. No hair dryer - had to ask. Loads of good pressure hot water.

Everything was perfect and clean. Smart location, the restaurant on the rooftop very nice and the shower extremely pleasant!

La disparité des chambres. En effet, selon celle qui est attribuée, il y a des différences évidentes en matière de place et de literie. Eviter celle proche de la réception.

Staff is pathetic , they are dictators and don’t want do service , there breaks fast timing mention on print out at hotel room was8- 11 Am at 10.30 when we went for breakfast they reduced and they are very very rude asked us to sit outside , Restaurant is closed now . That’s not how you behave in hotel industry . Pathetic is the one word i would say for them !!
