Riad Rkiya with Courtyard

Magnifique lieu, super accueil, bon petit déjeuner

Rien juste la chambre manque un peu d'isolation par rapport à la cuisine et au salon.

Siamo stati una notte in questo riad e possiamo dire solo cose positive. I proprietari sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno accolto con il tradizionale tè marocchino e ci sono venuti incontro con pazienza a tutte le nostre richieste (e sì… siamo un po’ rompi scatole 😄). La colazione è stata spettacolare: autentica, marocchina, abbondante e preparata da loro, tutto freschissimo e buonissimo. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Un posto semplice, vero, accogliente: tutto quello che possiamo dire è che ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Consigliato.

Esterno

Personale molto accogliente e premuroso. Troppo abbondante la colazione. Le camere sono poco insonorizzate verso l’interno. La posizione è decentrata quindi bisogna spostarsi con l’auto per la cena. Interni molto curati. Comunque consigliato.

Riad is in medina with beautiful rooftop. We got marocan tea and cokies for welcome. We had big and comfortable room. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you. ✨

Accueil propreté et confort

Quelques soucis de précision dans l’adresse.

To be truly honest nothing! It is a basement!

The address was incorrect, and it was extremely difficult to find the property. The location is outside the city, and taxis do not go there unless arranged by phone. The accommodation is not a hotel or riad, but an unlicensed basement Airbnb-style rental. The person who met us did not speak any English (only Arabic/French), so communication was impossible. The rooms had no locks — we could not secure our belongings or feel safe. The whole accommodation is located in a basement with severe mold smell, causing health issues. The bathroom was infested with sewage flies coming from the drains. The shower did not work — no warm water and sometimes no water at all. The rooftop was a dangerous construction site with exposed metal rods. The photos on Booking.com were misleading and did not match reality. Overall, the property felt unsafe, unsanitary, and misrepresented.

Trouver le lieu à partir de l'adresse est impossible, il faut bien préciser sur le site qu'il convient d'utiliser le point GPS. Nous avons tourné en rond...

La décoration, la literie, le calme du Ryad

Les blattes , l'eau qui ne s'écoule pas bien dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner avec des crêpes sèches et réchauffées. Les pains au chocolat et/ou croissants n'ont pas été donnés. Visiblement le serveur les a gardés pour lui...Déçus par le contenu en décalage total avec le prix ( 7€/personne).

fondamentalmente la posizione un po' distante dalla medina del paesino dove per altro non é stato facile trovare un ristorante gradevole per la cena
