Parco Ducale Design Rooms

Great location! Room and bathroom are spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything inside was thoughtfully designed. Private parking next to building a huge plus. Owner was also helpful with giving us directions to avoid driving through restricted areas.

Room design

Password to entrance was wrong and I had to wait for half an hour to get the new code. After that I had to call to staff for confirmation so I was charged for raoming about 30 euro. Really disappointed.

Clean accomodation

As there were multiple issues during our stay I had to message the property a couple of times, and sadly, they did not answer at all. During the first night, it was very hard to fall asleep as some pet animal (I think) was running around upstairs and I could hear moving heavy furniture. The same happened in the early morning. In addition, when we wanted to rest and relax in the room around the afternoon, someone behind our wall was using a drill and it was very loud for a long time. During the last night, the automatic door for entrance wouldn’t work and we could not use the wifi.

Very new and clean room with all the facilities needed. The fridge is a nice addition to the room. The coffee machine in the entrance hall is fine. good lightings and lovely design.

To open the door is a bit tricky with the code, and you have to give it a strong push, but not a real problem.

The room was spacious with a beautiful design . It has been newly renovated. It was quiet.

Our room located on the ground floor was just in front of a parking lot. The windows should have some curtains. There is an automatic light in the apartment just next to the bathroom. It is an issue as it turns on when someone goes to the bathroom and it wakes up the other person at night.
