The spacious house that could accommodates many people for gathering, the refreshing dip into the pool

The low pressure of water coming from the shower; the dirtiness of utensils upon arrival but expect guests to clean them and even have to take out own rubbish home; the heat during 2pm-7pm; and grumpy manager.

We simply love the spring pool and the river not far frm Lumun.The place itself is serenity at its core.Its so quite at night and so peaceful during the day.I my stay there♡ Owner,Mr Darius is such a friendly chap.He lives just across,so communication is easy.

The fact that we had a little mishap with the water pipe.We sincerely hope its been rectified. Definately a recommended homestay if you enjoy nature and quite times.

First of all, I think the review is fair and square. We didn’t expect too much considering the price we paid (RM300+ plus RM200 refundable deposit). The accommodation was “okay but not really that okay.” I was quite shocked to find that the kitchen utensils were not clean, and not only that — the master bedroom toilet was also dirty. We weren’t expecting luxury, but we did expect cleanliness to be a top priority for any homestay. However, the person in charge was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.

I like that the place is spacious, affordable for a family of 12, located away from the city, and the house owner is very kind too.

The refrigerator was not cold, and our food was infested with ants that were still alive inside it. The air conditioning seemed like it hadn’t been serviced for a long time, and the house was hot despite having air conditioners. The water pressure was very low, possibly due to a water disruption in the area. When we arrived, the floor was dirty, as if it hadn’t been swept, and overall, the house did not seem well-maintained, but it was still manageable for a one-night stay. I didn’t take pictures of the issues because I had no intention of jeopardizing the business, I was more focused on spending time with my family during our short one-night stay. We did give some feedback to the host, and hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Ample rooms for a big family gatherings and each with a ceiling and air-condition. Nice natural swimming pool and a place for barbeque.

Its spacious, can accomodate up to 12 ppl, got a man-made pool to chill, and a kitchen to cook, it's a country house. Owner is juz staying beside the house, and ready to give help if u have any.

Its quite hot, the dining area air con is out of gas, its giving out hot air, so might need to service. Kitchen utensils might need to change a bit, the scissors cannot be used. And might suggest owner to hire a cleaner to clean abit. The floor has bunch of hairs etc. And the toilet floor is made of wood, not sure how can i wash the floor, so it gives out some urine smell near the toilet bowl.

The owner is so friendly, even we book it last minute he still let us stay. The house also soo big,puas hati.

We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nice house. The house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. The price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. The kids really enjoy the mini pool. Bathroom equipped with heater & all the 4 bedrooms were with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. 15 minutes driving to from Dongongon. The house owner was very nice, he was very helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommend for large family. We will come back again and stay here in the future.👍👍👍
