Unique Sula villa uluwatu

The villa was really cute and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower it was a lovely touch, even if it means you'll probably come across a few insects (nothing too disturbing, just part of the experience). The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The villa is located right next to a construction site. There was no hairdryer provided, and for the price, a bathrobe and slippers wouldn't be too much to ask it would make the stay feel more premium. Also, while I understand the hotel’s eco-friendly policy of not changing towels or sheets during your stay, when a towel is clearly dirty and a guest asks for a replacement, it should be done without hesitation. It feels more like cost-cutting than true sustainability. Finally, we noted in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but there was no special gesture at all not even a small note or flowers. It’s of course not expected, but when you're asked to fill out a “special request,” you’d hope it’s at least acknowledged.
