Upgraded my room since they had extra capacity. Lovely gesture.

In general an ok-ish experience but certainly not for the rate.

Pointers to check-in are at the side of the parking area and is easily missed. Suggest you put it up at the entrance. Difficult to find the entrance to check-in at the Hotel without asking someone (if you can find them) as there are two with different open/close times. Staff not very helpful.

The room was great and big. Very good position. The lady at reception was really amazing and friendly. Was ready to go extra Mill just to make sure I'm happy and like the room. She was giving me option to choose a room of my choice.

The WiFi was a beat slow and at balcony I was struggling to be connected. Otherwise everything was great.

We have stayed at Ana's place and wanted one more night as they where booked out Ana's place was amazing ,the point was more expensive and i thought the room would be nice but first ,very small when you 2 m tall you can barely walk around the bed ,the the bath room,i can barely sit on the toilet,the shower is so small an dirty inside and the shower door cant close so the floor is full of water,i will never book their again and i all ready told my friends to never book their and the worst part its very expensive much more expensive than Ana's place , and Ana's place is so clear with a kingsize bed with amazing view, so you pay more for crap and showers that cant close,and a very small double bed

I booked especially because it had a pool. On arriving the pool was green and slimy. When I mentioned it the comment back was the handy man is off until tomorrow. This is unacceptable- its peak season. For what we paid and the facilities it was a rip off
