"Buen hotel para visitar TEPIC"

La ubicación es excelente. Afuera se tiene sitio de taxis, salen los turibus para recorrido por la ciudad, recomendable. El desayuno es buffet que se da en el primer piso, no en el restaurant de la entrada, muy aceptable, poco variado. Cerca están los museos de la ciudad, museo regional de nayarit y museo Amado Nervo. La catedral de Tepic enfrente. Visitar el Mirador de las Artes Indigenas Av. México Nte. 449, Centro ver el Arte Wixárika (Huichol): Destacan las piezas hechas con chaquira, cuadros de estambre (nieli'ka), máscaras ceremoniales, "ojos de Dios" y joyería colorida, y subir al mirador.

The staff was great. For the most part everyone was very helpful and nice. The food at the hotel was very good.

One of the employees at the parking garage for the most part did a good job but made me feel belittled when I tried helping him. My mom wasn't understanding him at one point and I was trying to help him by communicating what he was trying to tell my mom while she was trying to park in this super small space. He immediately interrupted me and told my mom "don't listen to her, listen to me". Another time was when we were entering the parking garage and another car was about to leave as well. Keep in mind, it's a one way entrance and exit and we are on a very busy street. Whoever is entering the parking garage cannot see if a car is coming out. He got upset with us for entering the parking garage without his permission. He is never on the top of the garage entrance and never had an issue with entering. But because he had a car that he was helping out and we were already in to park he got upset. Overall stay at the hotel was great.
