Stanza sporca, con una miriade di capelli in terra (nella foto si vede una piccola parte di cosa è rimasto attaccato alle mie pantofole in stoffa dopo 2 minuti che camminavo per la camera dopodiché ho utilizzato le scarpe), bicchiere porta-spazzolino con evidenti tracce di chi è passato prima, ditate sui bicchieri a disposizione (in teoria) per bere. L'appartamento, nelle parti comuni, ha una bella vista sulla città, ma la mia stanza aveva una finestra su un interno claustrofobico con davanti la canna fumaria di qualche locale al piano terra. Staff inesistente: ho scritto subito il primo giorno a due distinte persone, inviando le foto per chiedere di ripulire ma in 3 giorni non sono stati capaci di farlo. Prendono semplicemente in giro rimandando al giorno successivo (la signora delle pulizie era impegnata....al loro posto sarei andato io per evitare questa brutta figura) o semplicemente non rispondendo ai messaggi. Evidentemente hanno di meglio da fare che dar retta a chi li paga 130 €/notte (ho i messaggi scambiati a disposizione). Il francese del "Les Suites" usato per darsi un tono è davvero ridicolo.

Место очень удобное, в центре города. Свежий ремонт и чисто. Приятный хозяин встретил меня вечером и помог заселиться за 15 мин после бронирования.

Очень сильно слышно соседей, невозможно спать, слышно каждый шорох. Когда люди приходят после тебя ночью и разговаривают в полный голос - слышно как будто в твоей комнате.

Well located and fully renovated apartment. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and soft pillows. Very nice decoration with antiques, paintings and wall art. The view from the living room and the kitchen is breathtaking. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary. Coffee, tea, jam, biscuits and mini cakes were offered. Emanuel was very kind and helpful.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with their individual bathrooms sharing the same living room and kitchen. This may be a problem in some cases but not in ours. There is no view from the rooms’ windows. The mini bar stopped working the second day of our stay without any attempt for fixing it but we had the option of the main fridge in the kitchen.

This place was perfect, excellent location (halfway between the station and old town, close to the sea), cleanliness, modern chic design. And of course the amazing view from the balcony. Shout out to Emanuel, our host, who was very friendly, helpful, and flexible with us. The kitchen and the living room are common, but really spacious. The bed was super comfy.

The location is perfect for heading to old town and commuting by rail travel. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Overall the room is beautiful/ ideally if a group of friends wanted to travel together and have their own rooms this is perfect! Decor is beautiful, it’s like a show room and perfect!

The property says guest house but then says each unit has its own bathroom, fridge etc. (my fridge didn’t work) It’s an apartment with shared living and kitchen areas with 3 rooms. I didn’t mind because it was only me at the beginning - one night a younger couple wanted to party and arrived late not knowing I was there. I had to complain so they could ask them to keep it down. The locks are noisy - doors hard to open so it wakes me as a light sleeper.
